1. Hybrid Events with Zoom

Support your attendees whether in-person or virtual with the same app. With integration to zoom, you can schedule all of your sessions or meetings in our software and automatically create corresponding zoom meetings on your zoom account. Participants and speakers can access zoom meetings from the app. Support virtual and in-person participants on one platform and extend the engagement for all beyond a single event with the ConferenceBeat event app.

2. Collect Submissions

Whether speaker, grant, awards, or position nominations, our submissions platform can support your submissions and judging process and help you streamline your communications to the submission authors. Eliminate hours of coordination for your staff. Our Submissions microsite makes promoting, collecting, reviewing, and awarding grants, positions, speakers, and awards a breeze.

3. Email Campaigns

Sharing instructions and event tips before, during and after via email and in-app notifications helps ensure your event’s success and your participants’ satisfaction. We now offer the ability to schedule emails to targeted teams or everyone from the app administration portal. Templates and additional automation will make management of your event communications painless and fast.

4. Reconnect in-person with Fun and Games

With new scoring, photo tagging, and additional logic options, there are more capabilities to build new event games for 2022. PLUS we added 2 brand new game templates: 2 Truths and a Lie and Exhibitor Connect. Both networking games enable more connection opportunities throughout your event.

5. Showcase Sponsors

Showcase exhibitors and sponsors virtually before, during and after events! Your sponsors can share contact information, distribute promotional materials, include product explainer videos, as well as answer product questions without ever leaving their office. Our new chatroom, attachment, exhibitor connect game features make prospect networking and lead retrieval possible at a safe social distance.
