Let’s Recap: ASAE 2024

This month, Results at Hand President & Founder, Kim Harwood, had the opportunity to attend the ASAE 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition in Cleveland, OH! From the opening concert to the expo to powerful networking opportunities, it was a busy, fun-filled 4 days, so let’s recap!

Opening Celebration

The 4-day event started with an awesome opening celebration! After spending the Saturday setting up the expo booth and catching up with Exhibiting friends, Kim had the opportunity to head over to the opening ceremony at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, where she enjoyed delicious food prepared by local chefs and watched GRAMMY-winning Artist, Nelly, perform! In addition, the keynote speaker, Amanda Gorman, the youngest inaugural poet in US history, shared some powerful words Sunday morning to begin this special weekend. This opening event definitely set the tone for an awesome and inspiring weekend at ASAE!

Expo

The ASAE 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition also hosted an expo for exhibitors to showcase their businesses and garner strong leads. Throughout the Expo, Kim enjoyed meeting with current, past, and potential customers to catch up and discuss hot new features for our Event Management Solutions. Kim set up a spectacular booth equipped with an onsite badge printing example for event-goers to see the product in action. The convenience of Results at Hand’s Onsite Badge Printing Solutions ensures that little time was wasted waiting in line to check-in and receive a badge to make more time for powerful networking and conversation. To inquire about pricing and other information regarding Onsite Badge Printing, email Kim Harwood, kim@resultsathand.com. In addition to showcasing our Onsite Badge Printing Solution to booth visitors, Kim also had the opportunity to meet with folks from our future tech partner, Novi AMS! Be on the lookout for more information about this partnership and how it can simplify your event even further this Winter!

Here’s what Kim had to say about her time at ASAE:

“As a first-time Exhibitor, ASAE in Cleveland didn’t disappoint! With yummy small plates, impressive entertainment booths, even an ASAE Robot to chat with; the Expo Hall was teaming with opportunities to meet with customers, potential customers, and partners!”

From the opening ceremony to the Expo to the meaningful networking opportunities, we are delighted with how well the ASAE 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition went! Kim had so much fun connecting with old friends and meeting new faces.
