ISAE ICON 2024 Recap – Lead Retrieval, Onsite Badge Printing, and More!

Last week, ResultsAtHand had the pleasure of attending and servicing the Indiana Society of Association Executives ICON 2024 annual convention! We are pleased with how smoothly this event ran and we had a great time meeting with association professionals and industry partners.  From Educational sessions and industry updates to authentic local experiences in the evening at the WonderLab Science Museum and the Waldron Arts Center in downtown Bloomington, ISAE ICON didn’t disappoint! We had plenty of opportunities to learn about association challenges and share how we can elevate and simplify their education and event program.

For this year’s ICON, ResultsAtHand provided onsite badge printing and the event app with our new lead retrieval feature. Our onsite badge printing solution ensured a simple and seamless process for attendees, eliminating the hassle of pre-printing and pre-ordering badges or badge misprints. ISAE event planners created their own branded badge design and from there we handled the rest! We are delighted with how the lead retrieval process unfolded and how simple and meaningful it made the networking process for ICON Exhibitors & Attendees. The lead retrieval process is as simple as scanning the QR code on an attendee’s badge to capture their profile. After connecting and capturing the leads profile, Exhibitors can leave a star-based priority rating and take notes to refer back to later.
