Originally, Results at Hand ScanAttend housed check-in and attendance tracking capabilities. This app was useful in capturing attendance metrics, ensuring attendees earned credit for going to sessions, and checked guests in and out of sessions. On the other hand, CB Connect was Results at Hand’s hub for all things Lead Retrieval. These apps are now offered together for even more seamless event management. 

Results at Hand’s newest app, ConferenceBeat Connect, is your one-stop-shop for attendance, check-in, capturing leads, networking, and more! Within ConferenceBeat Connect, attendees can check into your event as they arrive, ensuring their attendance is captured and recorded. Throughout your event, use ConferenceBeat Connect to also check guests into workshops, poster presentations, and sessions, capturing any CEU credits that may need to be recorded.

Participants forge lasting networking connections by using ConferenceBeat Connect’s Lead Retrieval capabilities. Each user within the app is assigned a unique QR code, allowing Exhibitors who are interested in connecting and networking to scan to connect with the lead. Exhibitors can view their connection’s profile, write notes, rate the lead on a 5-star priority scale, and more to easily refer back to later.
